Charter Launches RFD-TV in Tennessee


October 27, 2008, Nashville, TN – Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:CHTR) and RFD-TV, LLC announced today that RFD-TV will launch on all Charter Tennessee cable systems effective October 30, 2008.

RFD-TV is a cable channel that serves the general interests and needs of rural America with a variety of well-balanced, high-quality, original programs including Imus in the Morning, Crook & Chase, the newly acquired Hee Haw and The Marty Stewart Show.
