DIRECTV and RFD-TV Reach New Distribution Agreement
DIRECTV,Inc.--the nation’s leading satellite TV service provider--and RFD-TV, LLC announced today a multi-year renewal affiliation and distribution agreement which set forth the terms and conditions for carriage of RFD-TV on DIRECTV’s most widely distributed “Total Choice Package.”
With this new agreement, RFD-TV moves channel numbers from channel 379 to channel 345. RFD-TV continues to be available on DIRECTV’s “Family Package” in addition to “Total Choice.”

HEE HAW, Crook & Chase, The Marty Stuart Show, Country Family Reunion, Music & Motors have given RFD-TV real momentum and national publicity, along with Nielsen ratings showing RFD-TV’s total adult weekly viewership growing 18.3% from January 2008 to January 2009.
