The Beach Boys Return For 5 Encore Performances

BRANSON, Missouri-July 20, 2007--RFD-TV The Theatre announces five encore performances with the Beach Boys July 25, 26, 27, 28, & 29. All shows start promptly at 7pm.

The Boys of Summer are parking their surfboards, little deuce coupes, 409's and T-Birds outside RFD-TV The Theatre, giving fans one last chance to enjoy over 2 hours of non-stop hits and fun, fun, fun.

Since the early 1980's, the Beach Boys have been coming to Branson playing in front of sold out crowds. With over 170 scheduled tour dates a year, these Boys have played more shows than any other major rock group. Mike Love, lead singer, has not taken a summer off in over 45 years. One would think these surfers would be ready to call it quits and relax on the beach--but fans love them. And in return, the Beach Boys are in love with their fans.

With an age range from 2 to 92, this is one show no one wants to miss. Most concerts in Branson have an intermission. Not the Beach Boys. With so many hits, new and old, these Boys do not believe in taking a break.

During 4th of July week, the Beach Boys had the crowd involved from the very beginning of the show until they were called back on stage for an encore.

"My favorite moment was when the Beach Boys dropped the American Flag in the background and started playing Surfin' USA," said Rob Covey, Nixa Resident. "The crowd went wild and everyone started singing. My two and six year old little surfer girls even got to dance on stage with the Boys."

The key to the Beach Boys success is simple-they play America's music. The songs are catchy, romantic and upbeat. No matter what age you are, most likely you love the Beach Boys. Music critics laud them for their bold imagination and style, the complexity of their music, and their always-fresh, poppin' lyrics that have stood the test of time. But their popularity transcends their technical excellence. Fans just love that Beach Boys sound. Don't Worry Baby-maybe you can't explain it, but their music is just deep in the American soul, a beloved part of who we are.

Tickets to this popular concert series are on sale now with special family and local pricing available.
