By completing this form the producer understands that RFD-TV receives ideas, stories, formats and general content from many sources. RFD-TV and RFD HD shall not held liable for any programs that appear similar in ideas, stories or formats and general content.  RFD-TV and RFD-HD's willingness to review the submission shall not be construed as a partnership, joint venture, or any other relationship.  Review of the pilot does not guarantee acceptance of the show.  If the programmer is notified that the show meets the standards of the network, the programmer understands that the next step is negotiating fees and air-times. Programmer understands that RFD-TV and RFD HD's sole obligation is to approve or deny the program based on its thematic content and the channel's need for programming in that particular genre.
