Three New Shows Starting In January

Kicking off the new shows on Sunday, January, 1 at 7pm ET is American Mountain Theater's first episode where you'll meet the Theater's founder and matriarch, Susie Heckel (repeats Thursday at 6pm ET). Directly following is the premiere episode of Virginia Dreams Center Stage at 7:30pm ET, enjoy a "Country Christmas" with the stars in Shenandoah Valley. Finally on Friday, January 6, at 1pm and 11pm ET watch new classic episodes of Nashville on the Road, featuring host Jim Ed Brown with Jerry Reed and Helen Cornelius. Read more about the shows below. The American Mountain Theater (AMT), known as “The Freshest Sound in the Mountains,” will bring its music and comedy variety show performances to the network beginning in January 2012. Virginia Dreams Center Stage “Virginia Dreams Center Stage” debuts on RFD-TV as it enters its fourth season. The vision behind “Virginia Dreams Center Stage,” established by founders Nelson and Rose Swartz, is to feature a mix of local performers along with a host of Nashville stars. Initially the show’s expectation was to successfully produce a pilot Christmas show. But in the hearts of the cast and crew were hopes the show would somehow catch on and become a regular weekly showcase of music and talent.
