AgDay

For more than a quarter-century, farmers and ranchers have turned to “AgDay” each weekday morning for a daily dose of news, weather and market information. Covering all aspects and all corners of farm country, “AgDay” provides up-to-the-minute news and analysis that producers can use to make better decisions for their operation.

Hosted by veteran broadcaster Al Pell, “AgDay” has been on the air since 1982. Al is joined each day by award-winning meteorologist Mike Hoffman and a team of reporters covering specific regions of the country, including Michelle Rook in the Northern Plains and Erica Goss in the Cotton Belt. As part of the Farm Journal Media team, “AgDay” marshals the journalistic resources found companywide, including regular contributions from FARM JOURNAL and TOP PRODUCER magazines, the Pro Farmer newsletter and the AgWeb.com Web site.

In addition to timely news and market insight, “AgDay” reaches out to consumers with its daily “Food and Your Family” report. From food safety to health news, this report showcases the many ways agriculture impacts everyone. The program also offers a daily slice of Americana titled “In the Country,” a look at the people and places that make rural America such an inviting place to live and explore.

Featuring 260 new programs every year, “AgDay” airs weekday mornings on RFD-TV. To learn more about the program, head online to www.agday.com. AgDay...The Country Experience.
