Ronnie Reno who is the lead singer, guitarist, bus driver, chief cook and bottle washer of the Tradition will tell you the hardest part of being a band leader is putting together the four quarters that make a dollar. You need to have the band at the concerts, well rested, looking good and ready to perform for an eager crowd of bluegrass fans. Ronnie has put together a great band of musicians.
