FCC to Decide on Notice of Inquiry

FCC to Decide on Notice of Inquiry

February 18, 2016

WASHINGTON, DC - In late December, RFD TV received word that Verizon FiOS would remove the channel from their programming lineup. The move was the latest to seemingly stifle broadcast access to small, independent programmers.

It’s an issue that's garnered enough attention, the Federal Communications Commission has taken notice.  In the FCC's monthly meeting the Commissioners will consider a Notice of Inquiry. If approved, it would set the stage, allowing anyone to comment on the issue, sharing their thoughts on the loss of channels like RFD TV.

RFD-TV will bring you the latest news live from Washington, D.C. on this important issue.
