The sense of adventure, excitement and lifestyle that is at the center of the Canadian West comes to life in “Cowboy Country;” a half-hour television series, drawn from the pages of Canada’s top selling western lifestyle magazine, “Canadian Cowboy Country.”
“Cowboy Country” is filmed in High Definition on location in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan and personable artist-bullfighter-rodeo clown Ash (CrAsh) Cooper hosts the series.
This half hour weekly series reflects the Canadian West through its people, places and activities. The program expresses the true flavour of the West in a deeper and more intimate way than audiences have seen before.
“Cowboy Country” reflects a lifestyle and a culture that is entertaining, exciting, interesting and engaging. “Real Ranches, Real Cowboys, Real Life” is more than just a motto, it is a true reflection of the sometimes humorous, often dramatic, and always fascinating lives of people whose contribution to the West is as permanent as a brand.
As for the “Cowboy Country” Production team, we have lived, experienced and documented the cowboy lifestyle from both a ranch and rodeo point of view. Our unprecedented access to the exclusive world of the Cowboy makes Cowboy Country Productions uniquely positioned to best capture the heroic and romantic lifestyle that is the cowboy in western Canada.
