(NASHVILLE, TENN. — December 19th, 2016) RFD-TV and Rural Radio continue to celebrate the Christmas season with a unique lineup for Christmas Day Observed with two marathons from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST during regularly scheduled news programming “Market Day Report.” On RFD-TV, it's the classic variety series “Hee Haw.” Hosted by country artists Buck Owens and Roy Clark, this classic American television variety show features country music favorites and comedy, all set in fictional rural "Kornfield Kounty."  

On Rural Radio, it’s the popular outdoor show, “Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World,” hosted by Rob Keck. Keck is joined by some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment, including: PBR bull rider Luke Snyder, UFC fighter Johny Hendricks, NBA all-star Brad Miller, YouTube celebrities "Dude Perfect," Miami Dolphin Kendall Newson, television hosts Chuck Belmore, Jon Justice of "The Habit," Tim Wells of "Relentless Pursuit," Bass Pro Shops founder Johnny Morris, and others, sharing the stories and secrets from their greatest outdoor adventures, and much more. 9:00 a.m. EST – Host Rob Keck is getting in the Christmas spirit with Allen Treadwell, Walter Parrott, and Jerry Martin (members of the RedHead Pro Team). Finally, Bass Pro Shops Communications Manager Katie Mitchell tells listeners all about the magic of Santa's Wonderland, at Bass Pro Shops locations throughout North America.

10:00 a.m. EST – Dr. Grant Woods, Doug Koenig, and Bob Foulkrod (members of the RedHead Pro Team) to share their most memorable hunts from the past hunting season and what gifts they hope will be under the tree on Christmas morning. Then Bass Pro Shops Communications Manager, Katie Mitchell, tells listeners more about the magic of Santa's Wonderland, as well as about Bass Pro's many community outreach and support efforts throughout the year.

11:00 a.m. EST – Host Rob Keck is joined at the Bass Pro Shops “Legends of Golf” event by guests including angler and TV host Jimmy Houston, PBR bull rider Luke Snyder, UFC fighter Johny 'Bigg Rigg' Hendricks, NBA all-star and TV host Brad Miller, YouTube celebrities "Dude Perfect," and former NFL star Kendall Newson.

12:00 p.m. EST – Host Rob Keck is joined by wildlife biologist, conservationist, and the founder and CEO of Conservation Visions, Inc., Shane Mahoney, to focus on the wild harvest of animals and fish. Then, Bass Pro Shops founder Johnny Morris introduces Maria Picaza, a special guest from Spain, who led a 300,000-person protest in Madrid to keep hunting and angling open in her native country.

1:00 p.m. EST – Host Rob Keck is joined by a trio of notable outdoor television hosts, including Chuck Belmore and Jon Justice of "The Habit," and Tim Wells of "Relentless Pursuit," both of which air on The Sportsman Channel.
