All-Around Performance Horse Returns to RFD-TV

New Series to Air Specials On Western Sports Wednesdays

(NASHVILLE, TENN. — December 20th, 2016) By popular demand, “All-Around Performance Horse,” produced by Scotty Cobb and John Klam, will return to RFD-TV with several prime-time specials scheduled to air in 2017. The series features behind-the-scenes stories and interviews focused on western sports, along with coverage of the top ranch rodeos held around the country throughout the year. AAPH and RFD-TV will partner to produce a minimum of eight specials in this first year.

“Recently, this has been the most requested show from RFD-TV viewers who love the format and have wanted the program back,” stated Patrick Gottsch, founder and president of Rural Media Group, Inc. “We are committed to expanding and improving our efforts to cover and feature more horsemanship, rodeo, and all western sports going forward, and this venture with AAPH is just the beginning.”

“After a two year break, we are excited to bring “All-Around Performance Horse” back to RFD-TV,” offered John Klam in a joint statement with Scotty Cobb. “We look forward to bringing viewers more of the western way of life, AAPH style. So, come ride with us.”

“RFD-TV’s advertisers and sponsors are looking for more opportunities in western sports programming,” added Billy Frey, CMO at RFD-TV Events. “The American is already sold out for 2017 with every sponsor renewing from 2016, and Western Sports Wednesdays is gaining real momentum with our Nielsen-rated audience, especially with all the new homes that RFD-TV is gaining through Charter and DIRECTV NOW.”
