Triplet Wins PBR in Front of Sold Out Crowd

April 4, 2017

NASHVILLE, Tenn (RFD-TV) The Professional Bull Riders (PBR) made a stop in Sioux Falls, South Dakota where they had their third consecutive crowd sell-out, making it the most successful regular season non-major event in PBR history.

Matt Triplet went 3-for-4 to win the event, including an 88.75 point ride on “Little Red Jacket” in the Built Ford Tough championship round. The Montana cowboy earned over $34,000. This is the first time he has gotten to celebrate a win on top of the shark cage since 2015.

“When you can just come in and know that you’re gonna do your job here and have fun and take care of business it takes a load off your shoulders,” Triplet said.
