Ponoka Stampede Brings the Wild West to Canada

July 6, 2017

One of the five largest rodeos in the world, the Ponoka Stampede is held annually in Canada and draws the sport’s most dedicated fans and athletes from across the world. This past week cowboys and cowgirls made northern treks in hopes of cashing in and moving up in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) World Standings.

Ponoka Stampede’s Katy Lucas shares highlights and results from the event in the video above.
