NASHVILLE, Tenn (RFD-TV) With new trade agreements going into effect in 2019, American wheat farmers are expected to take a big hit with the new CPTPP. Since America is not participating in the new agreement, Australian and Canadian wheat farmers are expected to get a windfall under the new regulations. In the short term some American farmers may see a benefit in the soybean trade with Japan.
