NASHVILLE, Tenn (RFD-TV) The 2020 White House budget proposes to cut over $5 billion from the USDA. The proposed budget cuts target crop insurance subsidies and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). Infrastructure was not a major consideration as part of the proposal.
