Disputes over land boundaries can be a real headache for producers. One expert offers some insight on the matter.

For rural residents, fences are generally considered by the landowners to be the boundaries. However, by law, the actual boundary is an imaginary line identified by the deed. It is this legal discrepancy between the fence and the legal boundary that can create issues between landowners.

Roger McEowen spoke with RFD-TV’s own Janet Adkison on some basic boundary principles, how it varies by state, and his message for producers.
