Livestock producers in the Lone Star state are being hit hard by the ongoing drought and it is trickling down to sale barns.

One producer brought attention to the issue on Facebook recently, saying it took 21 hours to sort cattle at the Decatur Sale Barn. That post has gained a lot of traction.

Cattle producer, Kayla Miles, who made that post, joined RFD-TV’s own Janet Adkison to discuss her experience at the sale barn and what is contributing to the incredible backlog.
