Ag groups are pushing back against the Labor Department over H-2A rules. It stems from a recent decision that would allow workers collective bargaining rights, a move farmers say will create challenges for employers and ag operations as a whole.

North Carolina Farm Bureau General Counsel, Jake Parker spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on what the rule is aiming to do, the impact on producesr, and how the issues are being addressed.
