Agricultural property is sometimes landlocked with no access to a public roadway, often resulting from a portion of a tract being sold off.
In that event, owners are left looking for methods to properly access the land.

Roger McEowen with the Washburn School of Law spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on accessing landlocked parcels and the importance of having ag land transactions agreed upon in writing.
