Gasoline prices have been steadily falling for the fifth consecutive week, but the diesel you use to operate your farm equipment is not following the lead.
Gas is down about 14 cents from last week and more than 50 cents below last month, averaging $3.21 per gallon. Diesel is about 15 cents lower than what we saw last week but is still pushing $5 dollars a gallon.
GasBuddy reports that some relief could be on the horizon, with diesel prices potentially falling 50 cents to a dollar over the next six weeks.
