Grains have been feeling a lot of market pressure lately, and commodity brokers are warning that the squeeze is likely to continue for some time.
Jody Lawrence with Strategic Trading Advisors says U.S. farmers are on track for another record crop. However, he tells Brownfield Ag News that is a slippery slope because prices could continue their trend well into 2026.
He says it is important for producers to understand the cost of production, and he notes there is never a time when prices will be good alongside a record yield.
