Record high temperatures are causing major concerns for producers in the western part of the country

Temperatures in the western portion of the country are reaching highs 10 to 20 degrees above historical averages.

The heat has brought with it increases in risks for wildfires in states not limited to California, Oregon, Idaho, and Wyoming.
More than 50 large wildfires have already began burning in the country this past week alone.

An AccuWeather Meteorlologist warns it has been an incredibly hot summer and it is far from over.
