Sackett attorney weighs in following Supreme Court wetland case win

The entire ag industry is celebrating the Supreme Court ruling in a pivotal wetlands case.
But perhaps no one is feeling more relief than Michael and Chantell Sackett, who battled the federal government for the better part of two decades.

A member of their legal team, Attorney Charles Yates with the Pacific Legal Foundation spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on the family’s reaction, their court strategy, and what this case means for the ag sector.
