Soybean export sales could see a rebound in the next few months

Export sales continue to decline, including soybeans, but analysts say there could be a rebound on the horizon.

CoBank found that the pace of early soybean export sales does not always line up with the final export numbers for the year. Prices have been weak lately, which could attract export demand.

Economists with CoBank say soybean exports have several hurdles in the weeks ahead, but that does not mean it will be bad for the whole year. Soybean shipping usually peaks between September and December.
