Still Feeling The Pinch: Inflation is still top of mind for consumers as election nears closer

While inflation may be cooling, consumer prices are still much higher than years before.

New studies show those consumers are feeling less than optimistic about inflation moving forward.

The Garden Food and Ag Policy Survey shows that the average U.S. consumer is still feeling the pinch of inflation, because inflation is cumulative, prices are still high and do not show signs of dropping any time soon.

Inflation has been a big topic this political cycle.

Both parties say that they have plans to ease prices for consumers, but no solid details of those plans have been released.
