NASHVILLE, Tenn (RFD-TV) Janet Adkison discusses the republicans delaying the vote on the proposal to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act. Adkison reports that lawmakers were supposed to vote on the health care act Thursday, but Republicans didn’t feel they had the votes to pass it. In rural America, there are people on both sides of the debate, with some ranchers in favor of the new plan and the National Farmers Union against it.
