Family farms evolve with the passing of each generation. While some may splinter or be sold off, the Sutter Farm in Pleasantville, Iowa is doing just the opposite. FarmHer Leanne Sutter was raised in a farming family which expanded when she married her husband, Kenny. Their two sons are married with families of their own so now the Sutter Farm supports six families spread throughout four generations. And at the center of it all is Leanne - keeping records, setting up truck schedules, ordering seed and marketing grain while working with the USDA certifications for crop insurance and organic certification.
