The All Around Ranch Rodeo returns to Will Rogers Memorial Complex, where 200 cowboys will compete in the world’s richest ranch rodeo. John Klam, the “All Around Performance Horse” host, talks to us more about this competition.

The ranch rodeo features events that are based on tasks actually performed on a ranch, such a branding and tying a yearling. This year they have replaced some of the previously-featured events in order to mix things up a bit and to see how the teams do with the new tasks.

Amy Wilson also chatted with AMERICAN announcer, Matt West, about what sets RFD-TV’s THE AMERICAN apart from any other rodeo. The launch of the American Ambassadors Program was also announced. To learn more or apply for this program go to AmericanRodeo.com.

Matt West also discussed some PBR highlights: The Mauney verses “Pearl Harbor” showdown has been named “The Cooper Tires Battle in Bismarck” and the purse has been upped to $50,000.
