NASHVILLE, Tenn (RFD-TV) The push back from farmers and ranchers toward manufacturer’s equipment repair restrictions has resulted in new rules from the Association of Equipment Manufacturing (AEM) coming in 2021. Additionally, federal “Right to Repair” legislation is in the works, which goes beyond what the AEM is offering, including the ability of farmers and ranchers to obtain the parts needed for them to make their own repairs.
