A casual fast-food chain is criticized by the ag industry for its marketing portrayal of modern agriculture. Chipotle will pay $6.5 million dollars in a settlement over claims that it deceived customers by stating it only used non-GMO ingredients. According to meatingplace.com, the plaintiffs sued Chipotle, citing the company does serve products from livestock fed GMO's.
