Survey says 1 in 4 have never eaten a vegetable

One in four Americans have never eaten a vegetable in their life.

That’s according to a survey by veggietracker.com. It shows that 72-percent wish they ate more veggies, a quarter say they’re too expensive, 22-percent say they take too long to prep, and 20-percent aren’t sure how to cook them.

When asked which vegetables they like the least 27-percent say turnips, 26-percent say beets, and 23-percent say radish.
