Congress has just over 20 legislative days left this year, leaving little time to ratify the U.S. Mexico Canada Agreement before 2020.

Politico reports 14 of those days come before Thanksgiving; the informal deadline pegged by certain groups as a way to get the deal through Congress. There are also several other items on the agenda, but ag groups are all about USMCA.

U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer will meet with the nine-member working group today, hoping to address continued labor, environmental and pharmaceutical concerns.
