Retired Navy SEAL, ‘Survivor’ contestant Rudy Boesch dies at 91

Rudy Boesch, a retired Navy SEAL who appeared on the first season of ‘Survivor,’ has died at age 91.

According to TMZ, Boesch dies from complications from Alzheimer’s.

Boesch joined the Navy in 1945 and was part of the original SEAL Team Two. He served in Vietnam, where he earned a Bronze Star, and retired in 1990.

He made his appearance on ‘Survivor’ in 2000 and at 72, he is still the oldest contestant of all time.
