As a tribute to Mr. Rogers on World Kindness Day, dozens of babies born on Wednesday at UPMC Magee-Women's Hospital in Pittsburgh were dressed up as the legendary host of the PBS TV show.

"UPMC Magee has dressed their babies up for special events for years now," hospital spokeswoman Amy Charley said to Fox News. "It's one of the most popular traditions at the hospital."

Rogers' widow Joanne was even on hand to see the newborns herself.

Fred Rogers was a native of Pennsylvania and lived in Pittsburgh a majority of his adult life.
