Adam Schemm, a Twitter user from Wisconsin, caught the attention of the internet last week when he posted a picture of his grandfather in a hospital bed enjoying one more beer with his three sons.

My grandfather passed away today. Last night all he wanted to do was to have one last beer with his sons," Schemm wrote. The picture was liked more than 300,000 times and others got involved by sharing pictures of their last drink with a loved one.
