While speculation looms around the outcome of the election, the beef sector is standing by to gauge the potential impact on the livestock industry.
National Cattlemen’s Beef Association’s Ethan Lane speaks with RFD-TV’s own Christina Loren on what he is hoping for from the results and how the uncertainty could affect cattle markets.
Lane states, “For the cattle industry, a lot of our regulatory priorities that have been at the focus for the last several years in the Trump administration are going to continue to remain top of mind as we move into this new Congress and this next administration. So, we’re going to have to spend a lot of our time educating some of these newer members that come in... to help them understand how we’ve gotten to this point, what this industry needs in order to continue to be successful...”
