Canadian September beef export trade data is in, and following a good July and August, producers are finding the numbers a bit disappointing.
Shaun Haney, the host of RealAg Radio, speaks with RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender on the numbers and the highlights.
“If you think back to the packing plants being shut down in March and April, a lot of challenges, beef backing up. A lot of people talked about how the actual backlog would really, really start to show its ugly head once we got to fall and that seems to be what’s happening, especially when you look at the U.S. numbers compared to the Canadian numbers,” Haney states.
