There is a new court filing by the ethanol industry. They are asking a federal court to hold the EPA accountable for a previous ruling regarding the controversial biofuel waiver program.
The Renewable Fuels Association’s President and CEO, Geoff Cooper speaks with RFD-TV’s own Janet Adkison on the motion and what their next steps are.
Cooper states, “EPA has had multiple chances to address the court order, multiple opportunities to restore that volume, but they have chosen not to do so. So, we’re tired of waiting, tired of the excuses we get from the agency; so, yesterday we filed what is called a writ of mandamus.”
