There is a new generation of “Highwaymen”

The country supergroup known as the Highwaymen consisted of Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, and Kris Kristofferson. The group recorded together for ten years with several chart-toppers, including one number one “Highwayman.”

Now, two grandsons are picking up the mic and honoring their legacy.

Put on by Country Rebel, Whey Jennings and Thomas Gabriel, grandson of Cash, performed a cover of “Highwayman.” Take a listen!
