The National 4-H Council recently announced its Tech Changemakers for 2022.
The program equips teenagers to empower their communities through digital skills.
Stephen Hayes is one of five teens selected as an ambassador and he spoke with RFD-TV’s Suzanne Alexander for what his role entails, what skills he teaches in his workshops and if he has had a moment as a tech changemaker that really stands out.
