NMPF: High Input Costs are Weighing on Dairy Farmers

High input costs are also taking a toll on the agriculture sector, including the dairy industry. As prices continue to rise, farmers are looking for strategies to mitigate volatility.

National Milk Producers Federation’s Alan Bjerga spoke with RFD-TV’s Janet Adkison about how dairy is responding as feed and inputs are expected to be expensive this year, what can be done to alleviate some of the cost pressure dairy farmers face and how confident farmers are in the forecast that high dairy prices may change.
