Down to Earth: Year-long campaign is educating consumers on agriculture’s sustainability

Farmers of all kinds share a love of the land, and that motivates them to leave that land better than they found it for generations to come.

Trade organizations and commodity representatives from across the state of Alabama are working to educate the public on the sustainable practices of conservation-minded farming.

Down to Earth: Agriculture Sustains Alabama’s co-chairs, Kayla Greer and Caleb Hicks spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander about the campaign, where the idea came from, and if they see a need for sustainability to Alabama consumers.
