Rural county turns jail into community place for food and fitness

A rural Tennessee county is converting an old jail into a new community center.

Charles Denney details the plan to upcycle the space for food and fitness.

The new center will also partner with the local farmer’s market, sharing produce from gardening programs with a local food pantry.
