Growth Energy and EPA come to agreement on 2023 biofuel RVOs

Growth Energy and the EPA have come to an agreement on the renewable fuel volume obligations for next year.

EPA will now be required to list its 2023 renewable volume obligations no later than November 16th of this year. It will help avoid uncertainty for ethanol producers and corn growers, and Growth Energy says this agreement can stop unnecessary lawsuits.
