Kentucky Ag Commissioner and Kentucky Farm Bureau on Deadly Floods: “Different kind of disaster” and “help is needed”

Severe flooding raging through rural areas of Eastern Kentucky has resulted in the death of at least 35 residents, and a flood watch remains in effect through today.

Kentucky Commissioner of Agriculture, Ryan Quarles spoke with RFD-TV’s Janet Adkison about current conditions, recovery efforts that are in place, the impact on the farm sector, and how people can help.
