Music Brings People Together: Woodsongs is replacing instruments lost in the Kentucky floods

Hundreds of instruments of all kinds are being actively collected to replace those that were lost in the eastern Kentucky floods earlier this year.

Recovery efforts continue in eastern Kentucky following the devastating floods back in July. To help bring comfort to victims, Woodsongs Old Time Radio Hour has been working to replace instruments lost in the storms.

Michael Johnathan spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander about how it all came about, when the distribution date is, if there are still in need of instruments, and how people can help.
