A rail strike is starting to look more likely unless Congress steps in.

Recently, another union voted down the deal. Now, the votes are in with eight rail unions signing off on the agreement, and four voting against it.

A strike cannot happen until December 4th, but unions that rejected the deal have until December 8th to negotiate.

Several farm groups have asked Congress for help.
