Will lower farm incomes linger into 2025?

Low incomes and tight margins made for a rough year for farmers. USDA says there were some stark differences between grains and proteins.

“We definitely have to break things out into differences between crops and livestock, and I think overall crops have fared worse and livestock fared better from an income standpoint, but not without some other issues,” said Seth Meyer.

Meyer says on a global scale, soybean stocks could see a rise, but he is not counting on the same for wheat and corn.
