A finished biofuel package could be released this week.
Sources tell Reuters, the Trump administration is “close” to finalizing the details and the President could sign it as early as Friday. They say the policy change won’t include a price cap for blending credits, a decision, that should make farm groups happy following the 31 small refinery exemptions in August.
The White House and the Environmental Protection Agency haven’t commented on the latest timeline report.
