Patrick Gottsch was the founder of Rural Media Group. He grew up on his family’s farm and cattle-feeding operation in Elkhorn, Nebraska, where he learned first-hand the importance that rural America plays in the everyday lives of Americans. He successfully launched RFD-TV on Dish Network in Dec. 2000. Rural Media Group, Inc. has since expanded to include RFD-TV The Magazine (2003), RFD HD (2008), RURAL TV (2009), RURAL RADIO (2013) on SiriusXM Channel 147, and most recently, The Cowboy Channel (2017).
Raquel Gottsch is Chief Executive Officer of The Cowboy Channel, and has served for well over a decade in a number of progressive media, communications and marketing roles for Rural Media Group, Inc.
Gatsby Gottsch Solheim joined Rural Media Group in May 2010 after earning her B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business.
